Shorter activity calendar and order view fixes
Version 358 reduces the height of the activity calendar, shows bookable dates for products linked to an event type, and fixes Document status and the credit overview in the order view. It also fixes a crash in the product options view.
Core releaseThree items also need an upcoming iTicket core release: paged Document status, the wristband check-in fix, and manager approval for price changes from version 357. They are marked below.

Activity calendar
The calendar header now uses one bar instead of two, so the calendar takes up less height. This makes the biggest difference on N950 and Adyen terminals.
- The selected date and the month are in the same bar. Tap the date to collapse or expand the calendar, and use the arrows to change month
- The "Start Date" and "End Date" labels have been removed
- The colour legend (Selected, Available, Sold out) opens from the info button
- The grid shows five rows when the month fits in five, instead of always six
The day colours have not changed.

Order view: Document status and credit overview
- Document status shows 20 documents per page. Choose 50 or 100 under Per page, and move between pages with First, the arrows and Last. Previously, orders with many documents (for example 60 or more tickets) showed an empty list Core release
- Credit overview: each transaction row shows its own amount, and external refunds are shown as negative amounts. Previously every row showed the total of the whole credit
- Icons in the order view are now included in POS instead of being loaded from the internet, so they also show when the register is offline

General Improvements
- User Story 66324: The activity calendar header is now one bar instead of two. The colour legend has moved behind an info button, and the grid only shows the rows the month needs
Bug Fixes
- Bug 66641: Fixed a crash when leaving the product options view while the cart was still updating
- Bug 66923: Products whose booking slot is linked to an event type now show bookable dates when no tour codes are selected. Previously the calendar stayed empty until tour codes were selected
Order View and Pickup
- User Story 66890: Document status shows 20 documents per page, with options for 50 or 100. Previously, orders with many documents showed an empty list Core release
- Bug 67143: In the credit overview, each transaction row now shows its own amount, and external refunds are shown as negative amounts. Previously every row showed the total of the whole credit
- Bug 67214: Wristband pickup no longer creates wristbands for price categories that the register's check-in configuration does not allow Core release
- User Story 67401: Icons in the order view are now included in POS, so they also show when the register is offline

- Feature 61840: Manager approval for price changes, described in the version 357 notes, is also in this version. Until the core release, Change Price works as it does today Core release
