What inventory are you managing today?
Where did my inventory picker go? We'll it extracted itself from the navigation sidebar and found it's own home in the dark top bar. Now with a clearer overview of what the inventory name is and in which account you'll find it.

Point-of-Sale, POS 321
Expected delivery: 18-03-24.
Once delivered, POS Release Notes can be found on https://help.visit.com (login required), here are some preliminary features and bug fixes of the upcoming version:
- Auto pick-up/check-in: A new feature setting has been added to Locations where all POS purchases made from that location will receive a pop-up after purchase saying that the products have been automatically checked-in and/or require a pick-up/handout.
- Grouping on Pick-up & Print view has been updated.
- Added support for redeeming more than one product per redemption.
- Overbooking is now allowed on season pass redemptions.
- Pick-up/Check-in times are now dispalyed on "per article" level for article bundles.
POS Bug Fixes
- Document status "Revoked" appeared in wrong color/translation.
- Expired season passes would sometimes show as active on the POS while being expired in the portal.
- The app in rare occasions misinterpreted the state of the session and required a restart.
- It was not possible to exit the refund process without refunding in certain scenarios.
- The wrong price for the underlying product was shown when editing the redemption of a voucher.
- Sterner SSPOS orders could not be refunded in POS.
- App would sometimes freeze/crash when external camera was disconnected.
- One handheld scanner disconnected when two scanners were connected at the same time.
- The receipt would be missing the customer signature line on refunds when payment was done with card.
iTicket Core / Ticketing
- It is now possible to search for External Reference in the iTicket portal order panel from Tiqets vouchers/orders.
- "Force single ticket" setting in ticketing rule now works all the way to Tiqets orders.
- Cancelled orders in Tiqets now correctly show as cancelled in iTickets portal.
- Redemptions now shows sales point in the portal instead of N/A.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where:
- "Force single tickets" in combination with a specific set of article types sometimes did not render documents correctly.
- Certain user groups containing seemingly right permissions could not access order panel.
- It was not possible to save Sales points in POS Management -> Configurations.
- It was not possible to access Entry Management -> Check-ins for few specific customers.
- Users got multiple Alias and Pin under login administration.
- Opening a user session in one inventory with the same username as another inventory within the same account confused the opened state.
Financials
- It is now possible to search for specific orders within a day journal.
API
- A lot of modifications has been done to the PoV API to accomodate for batch assignments of documents into additional Proof of Values and the possible to assign the same documents to several Proof of Values, where the underlying document determines the validity.
- Added support for "vehicle" in the Booking Flow API.
