Change Log - 12 June 2025 12-06-2025
Expected deploy of this release: 12th June, 20:00 CEST
New Feature: Revert Checkins via Checkins-Panel
- Users with channel:order:manage:retroactive permissions can now batch-revert checkins via the checkins panel. This is useful in case of unforeseen events in which the checkin of a large amount of guests must be reverted.
- Filter for the checkins to be reverted and click on "Update check-in operations" to revert all filtered results. (ID: 48578)
Season Pass complementary field: New Limitation added
- Added a limitation preventing users from using the same season pass id multiple times in a single booking. In the next sprint, an additional limitation will be added, which prevents users from creating orders with a season pass if the season pass already has an active order (= an order valid for a future day). (ID: 48663)
UI Improvements
- Improved the explanation text on ticket issue settings to explain the functionality in a clear way. (ID: 49457)
- Updated labels when doing retroactive changes for better clarity which buttons perform an action. (ID: 49418)
- Removed personal stock dropdown for customers not using personal stock when doing retroactive changes.
- Added tooltips to "discount type" making it clear where each discount type is supported. (ID: 49448)
- Continued to change the name from "Event Tags" to "Price Dependency" in several other places throughout the iTicket portal. (ID: 48667)
Bug Fixes
- Corrected inconsistencies between voucher data shown in reports vs portal where we didn't update the products a voucher currently is valid for. (ID: 48422)
- Resolved issue with an implicit campaign not functioning when the campaign can be unlocked with a season pass. (ID: 48491)
- Fixed PoV logs displaying times in CET instead of the local timezone. (ID: 49210)
- Implemented calculation of "Max Usages" on ticket group level. (ID: 47878)
