Introducing Custom Domains for Tickets

Enhanced Security Controls.

We’ve strengthened iTicket’s security framework, safeguarding ticket templates and product fields by preventing HTML input, similar to our rigorous handling of API keys in our Point of Sale system.

iTicket Booking Engine

  • It is now possible to set release options for exclusive allotments when using booking flow products. Release options allow you to reserve capacity until a certain time (for example 1 day before calendar event). (ID: 42845)

  • We have increased security on iTicket and it is no longer possible for users to enter html into ticket templates or product and article fields.

  • We now support external ticket series to be used along with bookingflow products. (ID: 43427)

  • It is now possible to control if tickets should be displayed to the user based on specified issue settings (one per group) or per person in the order (ID: 43557)

  • It is now possible to create proof of values from grouped tickets. This is needed in order to create value bearers, such as wristbands, for each participant in an order by scanning only one grouped ticket. (ID: 43709)

  • We implemented a new permission for pickup and check-in operations on the portal, allowing retroactive changes on orders. (ID: 42504)

  • It is now possible to specify the desired behaviour around wristband printing (e.g. wristband printing using a wristband printer or using a reusable wristband) on a checkin-configuration. (ID: 43689)

  • We have worked on a new way how duration articles (for example a "3-Days-Skipass") are set up. These can now be configured using only one article where you set the entire range of durations. (ID: 43082)

  • We continued our work on our future Value Card solution (gift cards and credit solution). (ID: 43600)

     

Report Enhancements

Calculated VAT Rate for Vouchers: Our voucher exports now include a new calculated column for "VAT Rate," showing the VAT rate for remaining items in product vouchers for clearer financial tracking.

Improvements and Fixes

  • We fixed an issue where the participant price did not apply implicit discounts when multiple tours were available on the same day. (ID: 43419)

  • We resolved an issue where it wasn't bookable to book the last available spots on a booking using bookingflow products if complementary fields are used. (ID: 43864)

  • We fixed a bug where recently created locations were not visible in the calendar event edit view. (ID: 43955)

  • We corrected the orderVersionIndex and orderDate fields in the Statistics API (order endpoint) which were incorrect in amended orders. (ID: 43981)

  • We fixed an issue where the "FirstAvailable" date in the booking flow api and the calendar was incorrect when using allotments and the alloted availability for the current channel was used up, but the overal capacity still had availability. (ID: 44000)

  • An issue was resolved where the password-reset-email contained an invalid link. (ID: 44149)
