You can now export all report types directly to Excel or PDF from the admin panel. Files download instantly, saving you time and enabling smooth handling of larger data volumes. This improvement ensures you can quickly access the reports you need in your preferred format.

Three new standard reports

iTicket Reports now includes three powerful new reports to enhance your workflows:

  • Season Passes: A detailed dataset on season passes, including creation dates, usage history, usage frequency, and more.
  • Vouchers: A comprehensive report on vouchers, covering creation dates, valid usage, redemption history, usage counts, valid dates, and values both inclusive and exclusive of VAT.
  • Accounting Sales Balances: An enhanced version of the Sales Balance report under Accounting. This report provides all essential financial details and is ideal for scheduled reporting.

New Features and Improvements

  • Added the possibility to download a season pass to Apple Wallet. This feature will soon be rolled out to interested customers. (ID: 43611)
  • Added a new endpoint to create Proof of Value (POV) in the portal. This endpoint supports creating new proofs while retaining the old pagination endpoint for fetching existing ones. (ID: 44346)
  • Moved data generation and transformation processes to the background for improved performance in the reporting engine. (ID: 43575)
  • Added pagination for Proof of Values (POVs) for better handling of large orders. (ID: 44308)
  • Did some improvements around date formats and additional checks to make the season pass excel import more user-friendly. (ID: 44645)

 

Bug Fixes

 

  • Fixed an issue where the calendar in BookingV6 did not display the discounted price for today’s date in case of an "always-on campaign". (ID: 41752)
  • Resolved incorrect external ticket number usage from ticket series during the booking flow. (ID: 43427)
  • Ensured strike-through formatting applies before selecting a slot time if criteria is met. (ID: 43897)
  • Fixed an issue where a second ticket for the same participant in certain configuration cases weren't bookable. (ID: 44033)
  • Corrected an issue where orders sometimes weren't displayed in manifests. (ID: 44654)
  • Fixed an issue where in certain cases duration articles (articles with a duration of more than 1 day) could not be purchased over the shift of a month. (ID: 43879)
  • Corrected an issue where the calendar incorrectly loaded a date with no availability when using allotment options. (ID: 44000)
  • Fixed an issue where a timeslot was displayed even though the relevant tag on the calendar event was missing. (ID: 44381)
  • Fixed a visibility issue where One Time Use Codes weren't shown. (ID: 44152)
  • Resolved a bug preventing activation of season passes when "Activation after Purchase" is the selected activation option. (ID: 44156)
  • Fixed an issue where a missing ticket template on a ticketing rule prevented an order to be completed. (ID: 44165)
  • Corrected an issue where the usage number of vouchers was incorrect. (ID: 44159)
  • Fixed an issue where it wasn't possible to make amendments for overbooked tours. (ID: 44164)
  • Fixed an issue where the departure list was showing an incorrect extra fee. (ID: 44169)
  • Enabled the undoing of check-ins for Retroactive Corrections after being checked in. (ID: 44199)
  • Removed the "NEW" button on the package list modal when creating a new personal stock. (ID: 44221)
  • Ensured fully booked departures are displayed to amend orders or when "Overbook capacity" is active when allotments are used. (ID: 44349)
  • Fixed incorrect document assignment when creating Proof of Value (POV) in certain cases. (ID: 44401)
