Point-of-Sale, Version 346 Oceana

This release is heavily focused on the Credit and Proof of Value (POV) experience, with a wide range of improvements to wristband connectivity, scan-to-connect flows, POV view design, and credit receipt handling. We've also resolved several stability issues including webview freezes, scanner connectivity drops, and navigation bugs.

General Improvements

User Story 57503: Added remaining balance display for credit articles in the Proof of Value view
User Story 57541: Significant improvements to scanner connectivity stability, fixing recurring issues where the scanner would stop responding completely
User Story 57123: Participants in POV view are now sorted by available credit amount
User Story 57501: Fixed auto-creation of POV directly after purchase by updating the trigger logic to detect "Pickup" articles instead of "Credit" articles
User Story 57114: Updated copy for credit payment — "Balance" is now "Identifier" for both Value Vouchers and Credit, and "Remaining balance" for Credit specifically, with full Swedish translations
User Story 57126: Added timestamp ranges (booked time slots) to the order view in POS for easier overview of booked documents
User Story 57112: Reduced text in certain areas of the Scan to Connect view to make more room for POV rows
User Story 57622: Added order reference for cross-order articles in the POV view, now clickable for direct navigation to the origin order
User Story 55656: Updated the single document view to be more informative and relevant
User Story 57103: Articles in a POV are now grouped and sorted by type: Entrance Tickets, Credit Values, Voucher Values, Punch Tickets
User Story 57113: After purchase, closing the POV view now navigates the user directly to the product page, saving one click per customer
User Story 55047: Added comment functionality when blocking/unblocking a POV, including who performed the action, when, and where — visible in both POS and Portal
User Story 57499: Removed the pay button ("Köputrymme") from order level, as payment decisions are handled in the POV view
User Story 57120: Added a "Spent" property to the credit overview to clearly show how much has been spent without manual calculation
User Story 57122: Cleaned up credit receipts to ensure correct information is shown in line with credit logic
User Story 56367: The "Clear debt" button is now disabled when the balance is 0
User Story 57498: Order reference has been added to all document in the breadcrumbs and it is also clickable to be able to navigate to origin order
User Story 57494: Auto scrolling has been added to "Scan to connect"
User Story 57649: Removed the ability to split payments with credit. Order are either paid in full by credit, or the user will receive error messages.
User Story 57497: Changed confusing copy when replacing external ID of a POV to a simpler "Are you sure you want to overwrite the existing identifier?"
User Story 58117: Added loader to "Köptutrymme" button and disabled it once clicked for better user experience for larger orders
User Story 57339: Removed VAT deductions and the prepaid VAT row from credit purchase receipts, and replaced "Kundkvitto" with "Temporary bill" (SV: Tillfällig nota) to reflect that VAT is now deducted when clearing the debt, not at the time of purchase

Bug Fixes

Bug 57160: Lowering credit to 0 no longer causes negative debt that can't be cleared. The Pay debt button now works correctly, with appropriate errors shown.
Bug 57073: Participant name now displays in the Scan to Connect view.
Bug 57275: Scanning a barcode in "Hantera dokument" no longer requires two scans to search for an order.
Bug 57125: Corrected selected/total amount numbers for credit and scan-to-connect buttons in the POV view.
Bug 57643: External transactions (e.g. Trivec) now include the order reference in the credit transaction overview in POS.
Bug 57692: Removing an external identifier from a POV now visually disconnects (turns grey) the wristband as expected.
Bug 56995: Resolved a webview freeze/loop that occurred when scanning an unconnected wristband.
Bug 56990: "Auto create" now correctly takes ticket rules into consideration.
Bug 57024: Paying a credit debt with credit in POS is no longer possible. An error message is shown instead.
Bug 56683: Improved the wristband auto-create scenario, automatically creating POVs and opening Scan to Connect for newly purchased entrances with credit and pickup articles.
Bug 56437: Value vouchers can now be used as payment method to pay a clear debt order.
Bug 55042: Navigating to a single document after scanning a POV and going back now works correctly.
Bug 56994: Adding an external identifier to one POV no longer incorrectly adds it to another.
Bug 55103: Scanning existing season passes now returns results as expected.
Bug 56418: A previously used and disconnected wristband no longer shows the old order when scanned.
Bug 56424: Blocked POVs with underlying credit are no longer redeemable. A warning message is now shown.
Bug 56193: Resolved a freeze in POS search when searching for a blocked POV.
Bug 56386: The slider in "Edit credit limit" now applies the value correctly on the first attempt.
Bug 57116: The Balance button no longer intermittently disappears in the POV view.
Bug 57129: "Nothing to pay" no longer appears when selected POVs have an outstanding balance.
Bug 57130: Previously opened 3-dot menus in the POV view now close when a new one is opened.
Bug 57715: Changing credit limit now includes user info in the Portal.
Bug 57338: The 0% VAT row no longer appears when there is no 0% VAT in the transaction.
Bug 58032: "Armbandet används redan" now clears properly when closing and reopening the Scan to Connect view.
Bug 58090: Changed the position of the total amount to pay for credit overview because it appeared incorrectly several times

What is left?

Rework order panel
- To more clearly show overview of Products, Participants, Paid amount and Time Booked
- This was left until last because we had added time slot range to documents. But we are still not fully content and will redo this but will just require some internal design work.
Add subtle index nr to POV list in "Scan to connect"
- This is a nice to have and that we want to add.
Navigating back to search should clear search history
- A minor fix with current work around of needing to close and reopen search view
Initial state should search "all orders" instead of "my orders"
- Instead of initial search being on "my orders" it should be for "all orders"
After our receipt service upgrade, receipts need a slight design overview. Centering and adapting to correct receipt sizes.

Change name of auto created POVs from “Pickup" to price category name
- A core fix that will come in next iTicket Core deploy (around 31st of March).
Add scrollbars where relevant to indicate that there is more information further below
- A nice to have that we want to add.
Sometimes all the documents do not correctly get picked up via the auto create flow after purchase

There is some scenarios where the webview popups leave white blank screens
- We have chosen to not prioritize this since it is not visible if the user has a physical keyboard. Fix will come soon.
We are not showing "Deposit" transactions in credit overview
- We feel it is extra clutter for POS user. We are open for discussion on adding it.
Credit validation seems to be partially case sensitive
- If the ext. ID for a credit/POV with credit is "Hello" it will show wrong properties in checkout flow if I type "hello" for validation. We see this as low priority since everything will for the most part be scanned.
For debt clearing orders + receipts, the article names have a bit too much system symbols "_ and -"
- It is a backend fix but we just need to evaluate how we want it to look and how it should be fixed.
Manually searching for external IDs should select them as well to easily identify in a long list of POVs
