A large release covering three months of work. The focus has been on payment and refund reliability for Adyen terminals, the pickup and print flow, and a series of stability fixes that remove stuck screens and frozen states from everyday cashier work.

General Improvements

• User Story 58179: A manually searched proof of value is now selected automatically, saving a step at the till
• User Story 61409: Reworked the season pass view
• User Story 58417: Reworked view for expired season passes, so staff can see at a glance why a pass was refused
• User Story 60224: Product slot pages are now shown or hidden based on article dependencies, so the booking flow only asks what is relevant
• User Story 60822: The pickup button is now always available in POS
• User Story 60864: The tour "More info" view now displays prices for all price groups
• User Story 60964: Added a quick checkout option for all value card payment types
• User Story 61122: Voucher values can no longer be checked in
• User Story 61309: Value card refunds now support partial amounts rather than incorrectly showing a refund of the full order
• User Story 61722: Scanning an order-QR code now opens Pick up and print directly instead of the order view
• User Story 61724: QR codes printed by the self-service POS now open Pick up and print instead of the proof of value view
• User Story 61730: Search results now show the customer name
• User Story 61839: Updated the logos shown in POS
• User Story 62170: Reworked the card payment capture flow for more predictable handling of authorised payments
• User Story 62384: The cash drawer now opens only for cash payments on Star printers, instead of on every transaction
• User Story 63146: The activity product calendar now marks which days have bookable tours and which are sold out, with a colour legend, so sellers no longer tap through dates one by one to find an open day
• User Story 64116: Removed the "Refresh" button from the web view

Payments and Refunds

• Bug 60620: Fixed POS becoming stuck in the checkout view after a partial refund
• Bug 60740: Hardened the payment flow to prevent stuck screens, with clearer feedback when a payment is aborted
• Bug 60961: Resolved a deadlock that occurred when the connection dropped while a value card payment was being validated
• Bug 61042: Fixed value card payments freezing the checkout screen
• Bug 61047: The refund payment method is now blocked while a refund is already in progress
• Bug 61254: Fixed unpredictable behaviour when refunding immediately after a purchase
• Bug 61705: Fixed cases where a payment went through without the order being completed
• Bug 61847: Resolved inconsistencies between the payment amounts recorded in different systems
• Bug 62516: Fixed the wrong payment method being offered in the refund payment options
• Bug 62522: Fixed being unable to edit the amount for a partial payment
• Bug 63001: Fixed card payments that completed on the terminal without a booking or order being created in iTicket
• Bug 63007: Fixed card refunds always being declined for customers paying in NOK, while purchases worked normally
• Bug 63052: Fixed POS reporting a card payment as failed without confirming the outcome with the terminal, which could drop the booking and charge the customer twice

Pickup, Printing and Check-in

• Bug 60119: Fixed a flow that left a wristband unsearchable after pickup
• Bug 60587: Fixed the "Wristband" button missing when the order handler was opened before scanning
• Bug 61202: The automatic pickup and check-in dialog no longer appears during a partial refund
• Bug 61732: Season pass check-in is now correctly blocked where the check-in configuration does not allow it
• Bug 61791: Wristband print failures are now detected on registers without RFID
• Bug 61967: Fixed a white screen appearing after "undo pickup"
• Bug 62175: Pressing "Show order" in the automatic check-in and pickup dialog now opens the order instead of the proof of value view
• Bug 63019: Scanning an order QR code now opens the pickup view rather than the order view
• Bug 63020: The proof of value view is no longer shown on scan when "Allow proof of value assignment" is disabled

• Bug 62000: Fixed transport bookings not reserving a return leg or taking capacity

 

Wristband KIOSK

Reliability work on the wristband kiosk, focused on recovering cleanly when a wristband fails to read or print.

• User Story 62263: General improvements to the wristband kiosk
• User Story 62354: Improved undo-pickup coverage when printing fails, and added a retry for RFID format errors
• User Story 62446: Improved robustness when an RFID wristband is only partially read

 

Entry Management, version 1.0.38
