With POS v295, it will be possible to lookup an order on the point-of-sales.
In the order view on point-of-sales, it will then also be possible to reprint documents or pick-up items
Redemption Flow
We have done lots of internal work in regards to our improved redemption flow for vouchers and season passes. More information will follow in upcoming release notes.
Improvements and Bug Fixes
We have fixed an issue where sometimes iTicket did not send an e-mail notification in case of cancellations.
We have also improved this e-mail so that in case of changes, the displayed amount now matches the amount of the difference, not of the entire booking. This makes it clearer to the end customer to identify the amount they are supposed to receive back.
We have updated the API documentation for the booking flow endpoint and made it more easy to understand.
