New Features & Improvements

  • Improved the calendar view so it automatically updates when an “Exclusive Allotment” is released to reflect the correct amount of available spots. (ID: 52175)
  • Improved the product administration by greying out tour codes which don't contain any of the resources that the article is using, to make incorrect product setup less likely. (ID: 53619)
  • Introduced anonymization for season passes, including owners, consumers, comments and complementary fields. Currently season passes need to be anonymized by sending a request to iTicket. In the near future, it will be possible to anonymize season passes directly from the portal or via API. (ID: 54055)
  • Introduced an endpoint to apply vouchers during Debt Settlement flows. (ID: 54254)
  • Added a setting to allow for negative amounts during value card purchase transactions. If activated, this can be used for flexible refund operations. (ID: 54535)
  • Implemented auto-closing of all open panels (even pinned ones) when switching between accounts. (ID: 55100)

Bug Fixes

  • Corrected an issue where related articles were assigned to the wrong article during booking, ensuring accurate article mapping. (ID: 53003)
  • Fixed a problem causing incorrect prices to be displayed in Citybreak's new Activity & Merchandise Widget calendar; prices were sometimes incorrect in the calendar (but always correct in the guest picker). (ID: 53369)
  • Resolved a permissions issue that prevented certain user roles from editing calendar events. (ID: 53400)
  • Ensured that users with "inventory:inventory:view" permissions in the iTicket Portal can correctly see Locations. (ID: 53811)
  • Fixed a bug where bookings could not be modified to a lower capacity when a campaign’s "total participant limit" had been reached. (ID: 53552)
  • Corrected an issue where PoV documents did not update the number of participants after an order was amended. (ID: 54054)
  • Fixed an issue where exit operations consumed punches incorrectly. (ID: 54499)
  • Ensured that when “Always show tour choice” is not enabled, departures are no longer incorrectly shown in the first step when there only exists one departure. (ID: 54663)
  • Fixed an issue preventing refunds on newly created Credits. (ID: 54679)
  • Retroactive changes to checkins and pickups can now be logged on any date. (ID: 54693)
  • Fixed overbooking caused when the user selects more than one price category in products where the capacity is only on one of several articles in the mandatory slot. (ID: 54828)
  • Corrected rendering issues in some product voucher templates. (ID: 54909)
  • Fixed an issue preventing non-participant attributes from being editable by POS cashiers. (ID: 55001)
  • Resolved an issue where using more than the maximum allowed quantity (1) for “per booking” configurations failed to work. (ID: 55077)
