New Features

  • Added a guided UI flow for GDPR anonymization. If you wish to anonymize an order, navigate to the order. Under the "Customer" tab on the order detail panel, click on the arrow to reach the customer profile and click the "Anonymise data" button to enter the anonymization flow. In order to anonymise a season pass holder, we recommend to navigate to the season pass and use the "Consumer" button to reach the correct customer profile (as the season pass holder could be different from the order holder). 
    Note: You can only anoymize orders that have no active documents (meaning: valid now or in the future) associated with it. (ID: 60653)
  • Added a new permission to allow GDPR anonymization: account:customer:anonymize
  • Added a new "Period end" option to ticketing rules of entry type "Punch validation": "Valid until end of start day". This setting sets the valid-until time of issued punch validation tickets to 23:59 of the start day of the timeslot/tour, regardless of the duration of the timeslot itself. (ID: 62005)
  • External ticket series identifiers now remain consumed once issued, even after cancellations or amendments. This ensures cancelled external ticket identifiers cannot be reused on another order. 
    Note: A higher number of external ticket series may be needed going forward.
  • Updated POS and CRS refunds: Already checked-in articles remain checked in when refunded. (ID: 60686)
  • POS redemption flow now filters redeemable products based on the POS sales configuration. (ID: 60688)
  • Added event IDs to the inventory/v2/tourAvailabilities response. (ID: 60728)
  • Added a new option "Display photo" to the standard season pass design. (ID: 61620)

  • Fixed an issue where the Save and Undo buttons were incorrectly activated in check-in configuration. (ID: 57193)
  • Fixed an issue where editing the price in Sales Agent did not work for arrangement products. (ID: 58759)
  • Fixed an issue where removing a campaign code on POS did not remove the related reservation of the campaign usage. (ID: 58853)
  • Fixed an issue where /inventory/v2/tourAvailabilities did not return events without bookings. (ID: 59448)
  • Fixed an issue where disabling unsupported buttons did not work for non-grouped documents. (ID: 60933)
  • Fixed an issue where retroactive corrections could be registered on the wrong date, if a date was provided during the retroactive change. (ID: 62124)
  • Fixed delay issues in the Skidata integration. (ID: 61376)
  • Fixed an issue where documents were generated with the wrong name when overriding of ticketing rules on product level was active. (ID: 61477)
  • Fixed an issue where it was not possible to modify duration of a simple occasion in the Portal calendar if the occasion was part of a series. (ID: 61610)
  • Fixed an issue where Value Vouchers received the wrong valid-until time when the valid until option was "fixed date". The time is now set to 23:59 on the selected expiry day. (ID: 61709)
  • Fixed an issue where, occasionally, documents were missing on iTicket bookings. (ID: 61819)
