New Features

  • Rebuilt the header bar on all panels in iTicket. Panel headers have been consolidated into fewer, consistent templates: the main action for each screen is now clear and easy to reach, while secondary and destructive actions are grouped into a single menu, reducing the risk of accidental clicks. At narrow panel widths, actions compress and some panel sizing controls are hidden, so headers stay usable on smaller screens and mobile. (ID: 62776)
  • Apple Wallet is now available for tickets and ticket groups (not for "Order-QRs / Order POV"). Previously, Apple Wallet was only supported for season passes. With this feature, guests can download their ticket in their own apple wallet and present it when checking in to their experience. 
    Note: This feature is behind a Feature Flag, so please contact support in order to activate Apple Wallet on your account.
  • Added a Vivaticket ↔ iTicket integration (PMS). This integration previously existed only on Citybreak. (ID: 62830)
  • Entry API: Improved documentation on endpoint usage and error handling. (ID: 63466, 63467)
  • Updated the labels in the dropdown entries in Value Voucher and Credit articles to make their validity periods clearer. (ID: 59470)
  • Added validFrom to the Voucher detail panels. (ID: 63584)
  • Added the possibility to search by code or name on several pickers (e.g. Channels → add price list → search by code or name). (ID: 63668)
  • Removed the possibility to create price dependencies on price lists in iTicket. Price dependencies need to be created on tours/timeslots but can still be applied on price list sections. (ID: 55295)

  • Fixed an issue where a lower capacity tour blocked selection for an activity product. (ID: 60854)
  • Fixed an issue where additions added on a recurring event were not removed from the calendar when setting recurrence to none. (ID: 60890)
  • Fixed an issue where a scheduled report sent via email did not show the "view report link". (ID: 61173)
  • Fixed an issue where "failed reports" could not be deleted in iTicket. (ID: 61257)
  • Fixed an issue where a BF for transportation product with advanced product configuration showed "Few left" even when more than 85% was left. (ID: 61344)
  • Fixed an issue where the calendar did not update when sold out after release of exclusive allotment. (ID: 61815)
  • Fixed a UI issue where the wrong dependency was selected when mass assigning price dependency and when the user didn't click directly on the checkbox. (ID: 61973)
  • Fixed an issue where price dependency tags could not be added correctly on Arrangement events. (ID: 62215)
  • Fixed an issue where a user wasn't able to correct an incorrectly configured price list (for example when the user added a price list to import itself). (ID: 62914)
  • Fixed an issue where BF for transport products with a preferred route could only book the preferred route. (ID: 63068)
  • Fixed an issue where the POS day journal failed when a product, article or override did not contain accounting dimensions. (ID: 63542)
  • Fixed an issue where renewing the pincode for POS for a user did not extend the valid-to date. (ID: 63587)
  • Fixed an issue where a 500 error occurred when locationCodes were sent as query parameters in /statistics/V1/. (ID: 63654)
  • Fixed a styling issue on campaign price lists when the corresponding campaign was opened at the same time. (ID: 63746)
