  • Added an improved order cancellation flow from iTicket. Cancellations made from the iTicket portal will be pushed to Citybreak and will be locked on iTicket until Citybreak has completed the cancellation. A "Force Cancellation" button (to cancel an order only on iTicket) will appear if the cancellation request does not succeed on Citybreak or takes too long. (ID: 59961)
